Liberalism has become so much more than a political stance. It is an assertion of how much critical thinking you allow yourself to do. Liberal politicians, professors and corporations don’t want you to think critically. If you did think critically about your beliefs and decisions, about reality and illusion, you would healthily question every “move” in the media, “healthcare,” the government, and among celebrities. This is particularly true for young women and the people caring for them (parents, educators). The moves I question are:

• Why were morning-after pills and condoms distributed at an Olivia Rodrigo concert to an overwhelmingly tween/teenage audience? Why is so much sex and perversion put in front of minors without consequence?
• Why are gynecologists so adamant about getting patients on birth control instead of addressing underlying causes for reproductive health issues? Even if you are twelve years old and have taken an eternal vow of chastity, why don’t doctors want you to get your period? 
• Why does the media consistently want us to believe that all black Americans and illegal Hispanic immigrants are helpless victims who need saving at the taxpayer’s expense? 
• Why does the media in the same breath support laws that legalize the killing of innocent babies? Why are young women, who are victims to these lies, radicalized to defend them? 
• Why are so many young girls uneducated about their reproductive health issues, like the risks of sex before marriage, the truth about birth control and infertility, and the gruesome reality of abortions (babies in utero are torn apart limb by limb)? 
• Why is the very concept of womanhood being deconstructed, so that biological men are diminishing womanhood to tampons, competing unfairly in women’s sports, and entering bathrooms with little girls? 
• Why is most of American water contaminated, our plants sprayed with pesticides and our meat diseased and abused? 
• Why are vaccines, even when proven to be ineffective, still incentivized and given away by pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies, while effective healthcare is out of reach financially for most Americans? The state of California used $350 million in taxpayer money to incentivize people to get the Covid vaccine, which was a farce.

No matter how great the president is, the government is not protecting women anymore. The government is not protecting hardworking law-abiding citizens anymore. The government is not protecting the pursuit of truth and justice anymore. The government is not protecting our physical or mental health anymore. And maybe it never was. Worst of all, the government is not protecting children, who are being poisoned with lies and taught to look the other way and not question things. 

It pains me as someone who loved and still loves America to face the truth. But this is it. It is no longer about politics anymore as there is corruption everywhere. As grateful as I am to be an American and live in a free country, I grow more convinced that the government does not have my best interests at heart. And based on the Constitution, that seems to defeat the purpose of having a government at all.

I feel very disappointed and at the same time very privileged. Knowing what I know at a relatively young age, I have the opportunity to seek truth and build my life against the grain, for the benefit of my family. No one in my government is able to protect me anymore, it seems. America has mutated into something toxic and manipulative. I only hope we are due for a reversal soon, so the next generation doesn’t have the same problems.
